For hygiene reasons if you wish to return a product it must be unopened and in orginal packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn.  For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 14 days of receiving the item. 

 If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

Please note; Our lashes are all handmade therefore each one can differentiate; this would only be minor. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of each style.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
